How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

Many people assume a referral service sends its own crew. Not here. Swedishwedding Septic does not have trucks or technicians. You talk with an independent provider in our network, and that provider does the work.

We do not publish staff profiles because the people doing the work are the providers themselves. Each one runs a separate local business.

What happens on the call

When you reach out, the request goes to a provider who serves Lawrenceville or the Lawrenceville area. Expect a few simple questions:

• What are you seeing or smelling?
• Is this a septic tank, drainfield, well or sewer line issue?
• How old is the system, if you know?
• Is water backing up inside the house?

The provider may offer a rough range over the phone. Firm numbers usually come after a look at the system, in writing.

What to ask a provider

A good question beats a rushed decision. Try these:

• What do you think is causing this?
• Is a pump-out enough, or is repair needed?
• What does the quote include, and what could change it?
• Can I have the quote in writing?
• How soon can you come out?
• Will you explain what you find in plain words?

For emergency septic cleaning, ask what counts as urgent and what can safely wait a day.

You are in control

A common myth is that once you call, you are committed. In practice, you are not. There is no obligation. You can compare a second estimate, ask for more detail or walk away.

If a provider pushes you to sign on the spot, that is worth noticing. Take a breath and compare.
